Who is Dean Venture Studio?
Dean Venture Studio is a venture management company which specialises in Venture Development, Corporate Finance and Strategic Advisory. We work alongside entrepreneurs at all major stages of the venture lifecycle providing a raft of services to help conceive, launch, grow or exit a venture.
Entrepreneurs with a ground-breaking idea, may choose to partner with our Venture Development team, to help dissect an idea, construct a business plan, raise investment and partner with DVS to build, launch and grow the venture. Other entrepreneurs seek our Corporate Finance services to access our network of institutional investors to raise growth capital, restructure debt or undertake M&A activities. Some entrepreneurs, lean on the expertise across our management team, seeking strategic advisory. Here, in the capacity of strategic advisors, we advise Boards of early-stage and high-growth ventures on various matters relating to new market entry, structuring joint-ventures, recapitalising the Balance Sheet or curving out or divesting unperforming business units.
We will employ strategies traditionally employed by consulting, incubators, and venture capital funds. We bring together our deep domain and functional knowledge, infrastructure, commercial networks, and experience, to take ideas from concept to launch and scale working intimately with entrepreneurs.
